A floral tribute shows our appreciation to the special people who have touched our lives. Flowers help remind us of the beauty of their lives and offer solace and strength to family and friends.

When choosing a sympathy tribute, we have separated the definitions into two different categories: Flowers from the Family; and Memorials from Friends & Associates. You can personalize your floral tribute by choosing favorite flowers, favorite colors, or selecting a design that reflects career, hobbies or affiliations with a club or school.

Flowers from the Family:
Casket spray is usually sent by the immediate family. This floral piece is the focal point of the service can be made in full, half and quarter lengths.

Family Pedestal Arrangements are placed directly next to the casket, at one or both ends. A pedestal arrangement is a traditional choice for the immediate family or the second generation.

Hearts or Crosses are symbolic floral tributes shaped sprays placed on an easel. These pieces express eternal love and religious faiths. They are appropriate to be given from family, close friends or church groups.

Floral rosary is a Catholic rosary using roses in place of the beads. The rosary is often placed inside the casket as a lid piece. It is typically sent by the immediate family, or the second or third generations.

Pillow pieces are symbolic of eternal rest. This is a small satin cushion covered with fresh or silk flowers. It is traditionally sent by the immediate family, particularly young children or grandchildren.

Memorials from Friends & Associates:
Sprays or Wreaths are one-sided floral arrangements attached to an easel. These are large pieces.

Traditional Sympathy Arrangements are one-sided floral arrangements in a fanned or triangular shape. They can be done with a variety of flowers and colors.

Fireside Baskets are large handled wicker type baskets filled with flowers.

Sympathy tributes to be sent to the home:
Fruit and Food Baskets. These items are comforting gestures usually sent to the home. They are appropriate alternatives to traditional floral tributes.

Sympathy arrangement for the home. These beautiful arrangements in a glass vase or basket can give comfort in the privacy of the home.

European Gardens - a combination of blooming and foliage plants arranged in a basket for a long lasting tribute.
